we.CONECT: The pop in your job — Jürgen, you work as Head of Learning, Tires, at Continental. Which of your tasks and responsibilities would you highlight as particularly exciting?

Jürgen: I guess the most exciting part of my job is to connect the dots between our business needs and strategic challenges and our people. What can we offer our organization with regards to support, infrastructure, relevant content and how do we build an adaptive learning organization? This surely is exciting, especially on a global level.
