we.CONECT: The pop in your job: Andre, you work as Co-Lead The Bosch Club, Specialist New Learning, Automation, Process Optimization at Bosch. Which of your tasks and responsibilities would you highlight as particularly exciting?

André: They are all exciting, but the Bosch Club is definitely the highlight. Informal learning is getting more and more relevant for the business and I have the pleasure to shape this for Bosch.
